Enhance Systems is seeking a talented Professional Services Engineer to join our team. The day-to-day responsibilities will be a mixture of project work, both design and implementation, and business as usual support for our expanding client base remotely from the helpdesk and on clients sites.
The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience working in a similar role and be passionate about IT, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You should be ambitious and willing to learn on the job as new technologies emerge, Enhance Systems bring the opportunity to take your career to the next level and upskill yourself through on–the–job training to achieve fully funded certifications.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & Exchange Online
- Strong knowledge of Intune (Endpoint Manager)
- Good Knowledge of Group Policies and Active Directory
- Good networking knowledge of Routers, firewalls, WAN, LAN
- Experience in using PSA & RMM tools
- Comfortable liaising with technical and non-technical users
Desirable Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/19/22
- Understanding of Virtualisation, ideally HyperV
- Understanding and knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Microsoft Certifications
Job details
- Salary: Attractive level of renumeration depending on expertise and experience
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Hours: 40 hours per week (plus out of hours when required)
- Minimum Experience: Experience 2 year commercial experience in a similar IT managed services role
