Enhance IT is looking for dedicated IT Support Engineers to join our team and make a significant impact on our clients’ IT experiences. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the key to ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless and transformative IT journey. You’ll work closely with clients, embodying our core values in every interaction and providing expert technical support tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access tools.
- Resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, network, and security in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain client systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, security patches, and system updates.
- Document and track all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on best practices for IT security and usage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Job details
- Salary: Attractive level of renumeration depending on expertise and experience
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
- Hours: 40 hours per week (plus out of hours when required)
- Minimum Experience: Experience 2 year commercial experience in a similar IT managed services role
- Location: Cookstown (Head Office)
